Developed the Usage Concept: Created the master plan to transform a monocultural factory into a dynamic mixed-use district for production, office, and culture.
Building the Ecosystem: Curating a world-class tenant mix, including key partners like Plug & Play and UNITE, to drive Industry 4.0 innovation.
Managing Permissions: Steering complex regulatory processes (Umnutzung/B-Plan) to secure permanent legal status for mixed industrial and event usage.
Construction & Revitalization: Overseeing the technical refurbishment and architectural transformation of 150,000 m² of existing industrial stock.
Operations & Infrastructure: Executing full-service campus management, from energy and security infrastructure to operating a conference center and event venues.
