Located on the historic grounds of a former Philip Morris manufacturing plant, NLND (Neuland) is Europe’s leading hub for Industrial Transformation and Deeptech.
Spanning 30 buildings, the campus bridges the gap between traditional industry, startups, and research. It offers a collaborative environment for production, prototyping, and large-scale events, redefining how urban manufacturing and creative innovation coexist.

Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Build a framework for engaging multiple business units and innovation teams from Philip Morris into the project, and support business planning and proposals.
Developed the Usage Concept: Created the master plan to transform a monocultural factory into a dynamic mixed-use district for production, office, and culture.
Building the Ecosystem: Curating a world-class tenant mix, including key partners like Plug & Play and JUNI, to drive Industry 4.0 innovation.
Managing Permissions: Steering complex regulatory processes (Umnutzung/B-Plan) to secure permanent legal status for mixed industrial and event usage.
Construction & Revitalization: Overseeing the technical refurbishment and architectural transformation of 150,000 m² of existing industrial stock.
Operations & Infrastructure: Executing full-service campus management, from energy and security infrastructure to operating a conference center and event venues.
