GCD Berlin developed and operates the spatial strategy behind the campus — transforming vacant post-industrial halls into a working ecosystem for creative studios, digital production, cultural formats, and spatial innovation.

The project bridges Berlin’s industrial past with its urban future — without pretending to be either.
